The CHI St. Joseph's Children Home Visiting Program provides mothers, fathers, and primary care providers with education and support to encourage normal growth and development of happy, healthy babies in positive, nurturing families.

The program focuses on a child’s health and development during the most important period of early brain development – from prenatal to three years of age. First time pregnant women and parents receive weekly home visits by a trained health educator. The program model was developed and first established in 1997 and is outcomes-based.
